Rebates
The service is an Australian Government-approved childcare centre, which means families who are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) can access fee relief at our service. To find out your entitlements, the first step is to link to centrelink through your MyGov portal and lodge a claim for Child Care Subsidy.
Branyan Early Learning Centre understands that cost is one of the top concerns for our families when deciding whether to enrol your child. Our service makes the decision easier for you by providing access to affordable fees and available rebates and subsidies.
You can select from our six-hour, nine-hour, ten-hour or full-day (12 hour) sessions and make the most of the Child Care Subsidy (CSS). Your circumstances and eligibilities may allow you to reduce costs by applying for the rebates and benefits offered by the Federal and State Government.

Public Holidays
Our service is closed on public holidays; however, fees still apply if any of your usual days of attendance fall on a public holiday. CCS will normally be paid for public holidays except if your original 42 absence days have already been used.
Sick Days
Fees apply for sick days, though, the Nominated Supervisor may arrange a make-up or swap day at their discretion, based on availabilities. Make up days, or swap days must be taken in the week of the absence. The Child Care Subsidy (CSS) will cover up to 42 absence days a year with no documentation and unlimited sick days if you’re able to provide a medical certificate or similar after the 42 days has been reached.
